We are seeking a full-time Sterile Processing Technician to play a critical role in supporting safe surgical care by ensuring instruments and equipment are properly prepared and available for every procedure. This position is responsible for the decontamination, inspection, assembly, packaging, sterilization, storage, and distribution of surgical instrumentation and medical equipment. The Sterile Processing Technician performs sterilization processes, including autoclave, GI scope reprocessing, and other approved methods; verifies quality assurance testing; maintains accurate documentation; and supports inventory management and process improvement initiatives. This role collaborates closely with surgeons, nurses, and surgical technologists while maintaining high standards for infection prevention, safety, and patient care. Successful candidates are detail-oriented, organized, adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and committed to ensuring surgical teams have the right instruments ready when patients need them.
