We seek a collaborative and forward-thinking Hospitalist Physician to join our expanding, physician-led team. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who thrives in a collegial, dynamic environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care while advancing clinical practices.

In this position, you will oversee hospital patient admissions, daily rounding, and discharges, without procedural duties, while providing leadership and supervision to full-time and PRN Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. You will work closely with specialists across multiple disciplines—including Orthopedics, Urology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, General Surgery, and Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery—leveraging cutting-edge technology within a modern, well-equipped facility.

As a vital member of a successful and growing ambulatory surgical hospital, you will contribute meaningfully to the continuous improvement of clinical practice, policy, and organizational development. WORK/LIFE BALANCE

MONDAY - FRIDAY! 4 to 4.5 days per work week.
Flexible daytime hours within 7:00am-5:00pm.
No ICU. No Call. No Weekends. No Nights. No Holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS

Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree required.
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of South Dakota.
Current ACLS and BLS certifications required or obtainable upon hire.
